Gluten Free Travel in Africa
by: Jena

Traveling gluten free in Africa has started out kind of sketchy, so thanks for all these foods I can look for while I'm here! I was a little discouraged after visiting Morocco, where cous cous, which is made from wheat, is used a lot.

Now I'm looking forward to my visits in the other countries on my itinerary! I knew I could look forward to Injera in Ethiopia, but hadn't heard about the other stuff.
